photographing a 17 year old in lingerie

I've had a 17 year old girl approach me about taking some photos of her in lingerie for Valentine's Day. She is Eastern European and her parents are abroad. No need for model release as I'm not uploding the photos anywhere, but am just curious as to the position as regards the law.

If it's too much hassel, I'll just kindly turn her down until she is 18.

Do that. The law only makes reference to taking "Indecent" pictures of people under 18. There's no definition of what indecent is, other than what the jury of the day decide at your trial. Is it worth being a test case and ending up on the sex offenders register if they decide your lingerie pictures are indecent?

Risk and reward. Far too much risk here, I'm guessing.
