You can't make those comparisons, and be taken seriously. A pregnant woman is uniquely different in that she's carrying a baby, so to perform sex with a hired stud is in very very poor taste. It shows absolutely no respect for the unborn child.

I think that level of thinking is quite old fashioned. While it may work well for you doesnt mean it should be the de facto standard for everyone else.

I didn't say a pregnant woman shouldn't have sex with the father of the baby, since the father would actually care about the baby, hopefully. I'm sure a hired stud won't give much if any thought to the fact that the woman he's poking is actually carrying a non-consenting human being inside her. The baby is part of the porn shoot, whether you chose to ignore it or not. Being inside a womb doesn't alter that fact.

To suggest it's old-fashioned to hold this view would just go to show how morally bankrupt some people are. The only way a woman can look the way she looks when she's pregnant has everything to do with the baby. If the baby died she would miscarry, and within a few weeks cease to look like that. So, if some producer want to make porn using a pregnant woman, he wants to make porn using a baby. That's the basic logic staring you in the face, and if you have no point of view about it other than to say, 'each to their own', or something like that, then you're morally bankrupt as well.

You could also present an argument from a medical point of view. Venereal diseases and the antibiotics and other medicines used to treat them might not have much if any adverse effect on the mother, but might, just might adversely effect the baby.
