After seven or so years in the biz, it's just getting harder & harder to actually give a flying fuck about filming when you have such nonsense as fake tests, dropping rates through the floor and so on.

There are less quality girls because nobody really seems to want to pay for them. Don't get me wrong, I know times are tough for everybody right now but it would be nice to get the respect and recognition that performers, producers and crew deserve.

Yes it is rubbish that a lot of people will not pay very high rates.
I think I have lost out on a lot of work because I am not willing to lower my rates.

I think one of the problems is that there is just too much porn now. There are no real real stars because 'everyone' is a porn star. I much prefer the old days when porn was much more taboo and illegal. Porn stars became names because they dared to be different. In th Uk especially Sarah Young, Roxanne Hall and one or two others became real stars now theres just a conveyerbelt of girl after girl. Its not necessarily a bad thing, I mean there are many attractive girls on the circuit and many top performers but sadly the 'star' factor has been lost
