what I did last year was phone them and got a address in scotland where to send a letter informing them of your desire to cancel giving them 30 days notice and then terminating my direct debit

I don't have that address now as I wouldn't go near television X with a barge pole

hope you get this sorted out in spite of moles and faqs

Tried to call TVX via the only 2 numbers I could find online.
The first number is the automated subscription line, when I finally got to speak to an operator I was told to look at the faq's on the website.!furious!

The second number was Portland TV's head office who said that "we don't deal with that side of the business!

When you Google "TVX Contract" it doesn't come as much of a surprise to see that quite a few others have had the same problem...

After calling this number I was offered 12 months further subscription including the web tv at ?4.00 per month and told that "we intend to cut down on the repeats and the older movies."
When I said that I still wish to cancel I was given a refrence number and an email address to mail that to: tvxcs@mgtplc .com and told that upon recipt of the email my subscription would be terminated after 30 days.

Not sure why TVX Mole was unable to simply provide the elusive Customer Service number as you did.

No, I didn't get the answer to the question that you chose to ignore.

An ex subscriber posted an address to send a letter to in Jersey. That cancellation method took over seven weeks.

Thanks to Jacques I now have a far quicker and easier cancellation method that I have now used to cancel and that I will also post on the other thread.

If you truly "like to help get you porn news and let you know what?s happening in the industry." then why not let subscribers know why TVX chose to turn 3 subscription channels into 3 free to view Babe Chat channels? Will there be any further reductions in service?
