I would say Cathy is the most well known and clearly one of the most popular too. Probably because she is a down to earth woman and won't critisize people for enjoying porn. I remember seeing an interview with a famous UK porn model who thought all her male fans were complete wankers which I thought was quite an insulting comment to make considering the industry she made a living from. It wasn't made as a funny ironic comment either, you could tell she actually meant it as an insult. I wasn't a fan of hers anyway but it made me wonder who she thought she was. I wonder if Britain will ever have any "legendary" pornstars like they do in the USA - people like Ginger Lynn and Jenna Jameson. I think Michelle Thorne could be a candidate for that title here in the UK - I think I'm right in saying that is her real name aswell. I wish Laura Hermansen had carried on, she'd be into her 8th year now (was active from 2001-03). The 28 year old Laura would have made probably 240 films by now had she carried on (if you look at the rate she churned them out in the 2 and half years she was active, had she kept going at that rate that would be her quota by now). I always long for her to make a comeback.
