There has clearly been some misunderstanding. Live cam sites for 121 charge about 2.50 a minute for access. SexStation is 50p a day. It is a 'regular' adult site with video and picture archives offering exclusive content that is updated every day.

The greenroom cam is meant to just be a bonus. Not a live 121 thing you get 24 hours a day.

If you email me at damian AT cellcast DOT tv with your username details I will arrange a full refund to your card. The last thing we want is people suggesting we have lied or ripped anyone off. I think you misunderstood what you were getting for your 50p a day, but I don't want you to feel ripped off.

I will also change the text on the join page to point out this cam is not a personal live 121 experience.

Well sorry for misunderstanding youe post. I thought you were complaining that the live cam in the greenroom was not a 24/7 121 live cam. My apologies.

To correct you, it is on when the show is on TV. Every day. Not for 20 minutes. And is live. And you can control it. You may have to wait your turn, but it works.

And the site IS updated daily. there is a new video or pic set every day.

But as I said, more than happy to refund you your money, if you send me your details. I have searched for jonj as a username and cannot find it.

So let me know on email what username/details you used to sign up and I will refund you 100% for the money you spent.

i really don't know whats up with sexstation these days, i know that off ofcom are being hard on them because of what they can and can't can't broadcast. I thought that with the live streaming and 3G that things would be different but what started out as a good idea has been very disppointing. At the end of the day if certain models don't wanna do certain things then i respect that, but why make claims that more things can be done over net and that its a lot stronger when it doesn't seem to be that way. For the most part there in front of 3G cam on the live streaming whats the point in that if there just gonna be in front of the 3G cam most of time. Maybe a better would be have a model on live strean and the other models in front of the 3G cam in another part of studio. Don't get me wrong i understand that companies have to make money as thats the only way to survive and grow, but it just comes across that the money is being taken and then punters are being short charged. I know the live stream is free so you can't really complain about getting something or nothing but surely the people at sexstation can do a bit better then. and as for the ?g show tonight after hearing the complaints that people had with it am am glad i didn't get it, i was one of those that was tempted in getting it but after hearing the problems and lack of stuff that went on am glad i didn't.

Thanks for the comments. However, just need to correct you on a couple of points.

a) you say punters are being short-changed. I really don't feel 50p a day is a lot of money to access a website. If you do, you are - of course - entitled to that view, but it's not short changing anyone.

b) you state that the online content isn't what we say it is. That just isn't true. You do get to see the girls in all their glory, playing with themselves with fingers and toys and often doing hard girl/girl scenes in the members area of the website.

All this is exclusive content that is not available ANYWHERE else.

-My membership is still activ and I keep it that way. If I wanna have a refund I'll send you a email about it. What I rather would like to see is a change back to the old sexstation with great photo sets and hot videos.

OK. You were saying you were ripped off and we lied, so I assumed you were unhappy with your membership. Hence me offering you a full refund.

-It dont help how many times you say that the site is updated every day when it's not true. In 30 days you may have 30 photosets but the site is still not updated on a daily basis.

Equally, it doesn't matter how many times you accuse me of lying. I have spoken to the site manager and we are going to create a new UPDATES section so you can find them. I have looked and it might not be totally obvious which is the new content.

-When it comes to the greenroom your correct that it's live and online when the show if live on tv. But there is no one there!! As I said the last 3 days there have been someone there for max 20min each night with the girls censuring the same way as on the free liveshow.

OK. Again, this is not true. The greenroom is actually the real greenroom for the show. It's next door to the studio. It has girls in it for a lot longer than 20 minutes, and I am unsure how you calculated this. Also, it is not censored but it's up to the girls what they want to do there. Sometimes they are so horny after a show they can't help but finish themselves off.

Yes it is. You have accused us of lying, ripping people off and scamming. Of course that makes us look bad. Especially when, as I have demonstrated, you were mistaken or confused about some of your accusations.

- I do not think anyone who complain is thinking that they will get all and everything for free or 50p a day.

Seemed to me that you were, which is why I offered you a refund.

- I think the liveshow, 3g chat and the greenroom is awesome ideas
