old porn mags with (young) LDM

looking through the bongo mag section on QXL I saw a copy of an old 'Men Only' magazine with Lindsey Dawn Mckenzie in, which I remember having when I was a teenager. Now, she must have done this shoot before she was 18 (it's a 95 mag) and before the rules came in about nothing inappropriate for under 18's so the question is, is it illegal to own this mag?

She's not under 16 so there's no worry about anything sinister but she is under 18.

Do the rules only apply to the "from here on in?"

I know in the 80s in escort they regularly used models who they claimed were 16 or 17 in their "the girls of" section, but these days I reckon it would be considered quite illegal to do so, As the law plainly states that models have to be 18 or over to pose for adult orientated material.
Me, I dont personally give a monkeys toss as i much prefer milfs, but it certainly is a strange one, considering that the age of consent in the uk is 16.

I seem to remember Lindsay's first shoot in the Sunday Sport was published "on her 16th birthday". Does this mean she was 15 on the day of the shoot?

Good question. It was a bit before my time at the Sport but the company line is that we shot em on her birthday. And published them on her birthday, too! Hmmm....we've always had a few problems with dates, facts etc!

Sad to say, those shot have all been destroyed now along with all other 16-17 y.o. shoots from girls like Zoe Parker. We'll never run any under 18 shots again but of course they are all out there in back issues of mags.

From a legal point of view I can't imagine owning a back issue would get anyone in lumber. There would have to be an official complaint about it and that ain't going to happen.

We shot Linsey this week for a free DVD in July and she's looking great. Her new breasts are sensational.

I think topless was ok at 16, full frontal at 18. I still have the Mayfair mentioned earlier from when she was under 18 and it's all topless only stuff, if I remember right. Long time since I looked at it.

I was going to try selling this, and a number of older mags, last year but all my eBay auctions got the tug. I'd sold previously on there with no bother, but I think competition reported me.

Does anyone know where to sell mags such as mayfair. I have some listed on ebid but it is very slow and has got worse since paypal stopped me using them as a means of payment when selling porn mags.
