IT WONT LET ME JOIN REAL COUPLES! WHY?!?!

ive tried to join real couples using my maestro card, i select the option for switch (which was the old name for maestro) i enter all my details but it wont let me join. does anyone know why this is?

Try asking support if you dont get the answer here. Thats what its there for. That should have been your first port of call anyway.

Actually, I've had the same problem. Their Customer Support email link isn't working either!
