Once again here is another example of how ludicrous ofcom's rules actually are.
Here are some clips from Turkey, they are Liveshow clips from a free to view satelite channel network, the show is called "The Angel show"
Just see for yourself, if a country that is renowned for being scrict can offer this sort of show, then how come we get stuck with channels and channels of the now double pantie's bullshit.

The last time I replied to a message like this one, the thread got moved to the "off topic" forum - with a "for the attn of gu55et" notice from the admins - and I hadn't even started the thread!
Anyway, now I've got that off my chest, I totally agree with you. I was lucky enough to have a largish dish pointed at the Hotbird sats at 13 east. I could never understand how channels aimed at arabic/muslim countries were able to openly show material of that strength (not that I'm complaining LOL).
It amazes me that those countries were apparently quite happy for adult programmes to be broadcast. The channels also carried adverts for adult viewing cards. The adverts were deliberately aimed at every country in Europe and the Middle East - the only exception - you guessed - the good old UK.
Strange isn't it? We have the highest rate of teenage pregnancies in Europe and the tightest censorship laws. Perhaps someone can answer this question - why can channels such as 944 show full penetration in those so called "sex education" films (which are really nothing more than porn dressed up with a bit of soft voice over) whilst the adult channels are not even allowed to show an erection? Odd that both channels are PIN protected - OFCOM surely can't argue that if little Johnny or Jill somehow manage to see sex on 944 that they will be any less affected than if they see sex on 901?
I reckon that UK porn producer should make some of these "educational films" and get them on TAC or TVX etc. After all quite a number of "well known" stars appear in the films on 944 etc.

Educational films made by known stars are hard to BBFC, if your unknown & call yourself a professor you can get an excempt cert. to sell it anywhere but if you are known the lowest you can hope to get is a cert.18.

We have sort of swayed from my point slightly! As much as it would be nice, I can kind of understand why Hardcore Porn is not allowed on UK television. Besides anyone with broadband can access it with exceptional ease.
My plight pertains to the UK's live show content. Of course in Turkey, where these clips are from they are not aloud to show Hardcore Porn on their program line-ups, but they have the sense to know that a girl showing a bit of pussy on a live show is not hardcore, and certainly not overly explicit to be shown on late night free to air satellite networks!
Like I have said before, you can turn over to dirty Sanchez and see full male nudity, things being inserted in assholes, people drinking sick, but a pretty girl pulling her knickers to the side, or down every now and again during the show is deemed too strong for people to view.
And then you have this "phone number" bullshit, if numbers are on the screen it is classed as a dating channel. How many of the guys who phone these channels date these girls, because where I come from, jacking off over the phone to someone you have never met is not dating lol. I have never phoned one of these shows so I can't claim to fund them, but obviously they make good money so the market is clearly there.
Lets face it in the whole entire world, we have the best variety and probably the best looking girls on our live shows, about 15 different shows now on estimation, of course some girls are happy to only show breasts, but many would also be happy to show pussy, even if it's just flashing it.
I'm not really a super pervert who watches hours and hours of hardcore porn, but did enjoy the live shows back when the rules were less strenuous (Babestar for example).
