Problems with Sexclub.co.uk

Hi everyone, I've just paid for a 5 day trial mambership to sexclub.co.uk, but sadly the website is pants (most of the vids don't work, and it's as slow as hell)

I wanted to cancel my membership, but I can only do so by phoning up! And all I get is a "we're busy" message. What can I do about it? There's no way I'm paying ?14.99 a month for this crappy site. Thanks

You should have done a bit more research about this site. It has a well founded reputation for being totally crap.

Sory too hear my friend, but a load of people have had the same problem for years. The cancalation for that site is the pits and that's what puts a lot of people off joining that site. I never really liked the pic quailty on there and the videos' work only if you have Real Player media. Which i found out by accident myself a while ago. Sadly they forgot too mention you need this too view the video's.
Can't help you with cancelling your subscription except keep trying on the phone and you might be lucky getting hold of them.

i feel for you too dude, had huuuuge probs with them a couple of years ago.

ended up cancelling my credit card number.

if enough people were bothered, a complaint could be raised with some watchdog or other.

might need to admit we like porn, which is something i would never do of course....

I signed up years ago and found it to be utter shit (apart from Jo) and tried to cancel, found that the only way you could cancel was to call between a certain time on a week day...... finally managed to cancel but I've never visited the site since.

I've signed up twice for the 5 day trial, and had no problems getting through on the number to cancel. Try at lunchtime, that's when I cancelled.

Well I managed to cancel my account after phoning about ten times.

I've just logged into the account today to see if it is cancelled, and it still works! Does this mean I will have to phone them again, or will the account "lock" itself at the end of the trial? Thanks people

I cancelled my membership with them 3/4 years ago and the password was still operational 3 years on

Never got charged which is the important thing

Took someone on this board to step in and close it properly

Why would you want to close a fee membership you ask?
Its a crap site even when free
