Last month, when Carmel was featured on my site, I was getting a lot of traffic from www.carmelmoore.co.uk and on further investigation I saw they had set up a straight re-direct with a CCBill affiliate link - which there's no law against, but is a bit cheeky.

has anyone seen the guy who has the .org and .net domains for half the names on the planet?







Theres about 50 of them that i know of, lots of .nets, .orgs, .biz's and a few .coms.

There must be a group of people doing this, as EVERYONE of them has a website put on them, with well formed code, thats also well SEO'd and to only a dozen on each IP range so link farm detection routines don't fire.

It's true, and a spain in the arse, I have had the same with:

isabel.ice.co.uk
isabelice.org
and isabelice.net
and those are just off of the top of my head...


all of these are nothing to do with me, and 2 of them are afffiliate sites, and two of them are promoting just one companies products...

I'm sure a few recent hollywood types have taken cyber squatters to court over use the fact these people registered their website then tried to sell things on it.
