There was something not right with the Ben Dover scene, I understand her and Marino were dating but she didn't look very into it.

And the anal scene she just looked (and sounded) in pain!

Though when Marino just jammed into her a bit more and she jumped away I couldn't help laugh, I shouldn't of but I did.

Nowhere. The web store is the only outlet. There was a printed catalogue back in the mists of time, but it lost it's viability due the growth of the Internet.

Has she just retired from TV? From the looks of this website it's updated regularly (last one Feb 8th 2007).

No she's been retired for several years now. (3-4 I think)
