There were quite a few in the 70s, mainly in softcore sex comedies -

Lisa Taylor

Janet Adler

Pat Astley

Heather Deeley

Nicky Stanton also appeared in a couple of films of that kind, but she doesn't seem to have made it onto imdb.

Amanda dawkins was memorably on a sky tv advert, and i can also remember her being on a lot of late night chat show terry christian type shows doing her contortionism stuff.

I seem to remember Majella Shepherd in some reality TV show for Channel 4 years ago, about people looking for new flatmates. Don't know if anyone else ever saw this, it's getting on for about 6 or 7 years ago now.

Didn't she appear on an episode of the BBC home-buying show 'Trading-Up'?

I didn't see it myself though, probably just as well, I would be half-expecting her to drop to her knees and start doing unmentionable things to the presenter's privates...
