You're confusing copyright with model release. Sorry, but I can't discuss our commercial agreements in public.

I'm interested in the aspects of publishing this without a model release. Is that what's done here?

Is it legal? If it's legal, is it ethical?

And judging by others in the past, these home made clips dont damage a career but rather enhance it..

Sure they're interesting questions, especially for us, as we're selling the movie! We don't break the law as we don't like going to prison. Beyond that, I can't give you any more details, sorry.
