It looks like the Blonde could be Lana Cox, not a 100 % sure?
Could this be one of those Splosh video's?

I know of one Video Karen White did which was called 'Karen White Naked' Climax Productions Ltd - produced and directed by Eve Vorley, but Some how I don't think this might be that title?? But you never know?

The cast seems to be pretty much the same in all, Lana Cox, Teresa May and Karen seems to be in most of the scenes in all 7.

Theres more of Lana & Teresa in other movies: Pie-Athalon 2000

The likes of Asia Carrera & Tracie Bruce also apear in a few titles.
