Problem is Chrome the last 10 minutes is 2hrs 20 into the show. What the punters want is the same level of explicitness all the way through. And lose Pervcam and get some proper studs involved.

But can you as a viewer see anything? Remember when LiveXXX got really naughty at midnight? Well OK they did but what did they do? They turned the studio lights down to such a level as you may as well have been watching a black cat at night in a cellar whilst wearing a mask.

You all keep going on about the ofcon restrictions and how you can't do this and can't do that but you all continually imply that you can through advertising and EPG.

From your post you infer that you are not following the published ofcon code as that is not allowed at broadcast level. Perhaps you are following it and have ensured that the viewer can't actually see anything and if submitted to the BBFC would be given an 18 rating and not an R18 rating which is the implication given.

So as no one has ever answered the question, what 'code' do you work to and what do you routinely show as part of you normal programming?

It seems such a difficult question to answer.

What repercussions would they be?

A. That you work to the published Ofcon Code and therefore offer nothing more than 18 rated crap when implying more? read loss of subsciptions

B. That you ignore the published Code? read secret deal with Ofcon to broadcast in the grey area between 18 and R18 which means that the broadcasters know Ofcon that they are acting illegaly. The fallout from this will have huge implications.

C. That you work outside of the published code? read we will be fined by Ofcon and lose subscriptions because we then have to follow the published code or be possibly proscribed (despite the fact that no channel has been proscribed scince Xtasi)

D. That you don't work to the published code? read we don't want Ofcon to find out what we broadcast. (This despite being monitored by Mediawatch who seem to be Ofcon's best friend, so why no fine if you are not following the published code?)

E. The truth? read we don't want Joe Public knowing the truth because we will lose subscibers
