It's no problem as long as the DivX player with codec is on board their PC/Mac and or DVD player, it's free to download as well. With the volumes of movies that we are shifting and amount some customers have returned for more they obviously are not having any issues. We have had only one reported problem of a codec error sound but no vision and is addressed in our FAQ for any others to review, he downloaded the player problem solved.
