Thanks for the mention - Ola has just had an operation and is recovering.

She will be up for soft work from next week, but due to the nature of the operation (I'm so glad I'm not a girl) she cannot do anything involving any insertions of anything until fully better. Hopefully healing will go well over the next week, and she can do hard work from mid March.

Ok,

We have a few "new" girls, but the problem is, as always, reliabilty. I booked one of the "new" girls for a girl/girl shoot, and even booked her in for a HIV/STD test which we was going to pay for, but the girl didn't turn up, she didn't even call, email or text to tell us she wasn't even going to turn up!

I am sure this may change as they all work more in this industry, but it makes you not want to book them again.

Yeah, that is always a problem.

It is understandable to a certain degree, some of it is by accidental forgetfulness, busy, drunk & oversleep, etc. But sometimes you do find an "unreliable" person, but most of the time there are good ppl.

Not knowing which person you refer to, its not easy to comment on any specific person, also, there has been issues with comments on here about certain ppl, but as a random statement, there does seem to be good & not so good ppl, lol.

I'm not active in the industry yet, so I can't really comment on good or bad features of certain ppl, but to me, I would consider the fact of always doing your best to keep meetings/contacts/appointments/etc important, specially as for males it isn't as easy to get started in the Industry.
