Does anyone know if the "Come Together" series by Andy Ide (shown on Fantasy Channel last night) was shot as hardcord and if so, whether it's available to buy?

No, hooperdave, there isn't a hardcore version. A great shame for that series actually, especially the show in which Amber squirts for the first time in her life -- all over Mark Sloan's stiffy of course, making it a tad difficult to capture on video in all its gushing glory.
