Thanks for your response. Unfortunatley it didn't work. I keep getting a

502 error when I try to enter the site.

Link works fine for me. Check your IP connection is ok. A 502 is given as your connection is timing out because it cannot access the server.

I used a different IP and the problem has been solved.
