I know this thread has been going on for quite a while now, and it does seem strange that old Ben Dover has'nt put his ten pence worth in because he used to be on this forum quite a lot. Mind'st you it might have something to do the fact that we used to take the piss out of his musical tastes....

Ben Dover's got to be a sub-culture national institution by now! He's so funny and obviously has a cracking sense of humour. The dodgy haircut etc I think comes from a previous life in late 70's/early 80's metal bands, who used to dress in such atire - think early Def Leppard and you've got the scene. As I originally instigated this post from an enquiry from a friend who doesn't have internet access (God help him if he did, his Mrs would evict him), he now wants to know if anyone knows how Linzi & Steve Perry met originally, whether it was on a film set that he was shooting or whatever.

BTW, anyone trying to download the clip I posted on my webspaces won't be able to now as all the downloads have exceeded the bandwidth allowance and the site has been pulled down temporarily. I'm going to have to remove the file when it's reinstated >:-(
