Well regarding the Lesbian Love 2 - movie. It seems it was passed by the BBFC in 1996 as an 18 cert and also as an R18 for VHS.

The R18 version has a running time of aprox 64 mins (certified Jan 1996)
The 18 version has a running time of aprox 55 mins (certified March 1996)

9 mins have been cut from the movie, but looking at the DVD on sale at Bensons... it seems now the 18 version is closer to the R18 version with a running time of 65 mins. This was re-released on DVD in 2003.

Thanks for the information Hitman, that's interesting about the R18 cert. for Lesbian Lovers 2 - I didn't know about that.

I've got the 18 cert. version DVD that's available at Benson's - I've just checked and my DVD player gives it a running time of 64m 25s - interesting. I wonder - does this mean that the BBFC re-categorised the original R18 to just 18 for the 2003 DVD release?

Yes, it seems to look that way... Its been re-categorised thats for sure, so it might have been released as a uncut version on 18 cert DVD. 18 cert nowadays is a lot stronger to what it was 7-8 years ago.
