Whilst I agree with most of your comments about the continuous moaning and groaning (although some of us do try to get some entertaining debates going), putting up posts like yours is certainly not going to win you any fans is it.

You should remember that it is the punter who pays you indirectly and they pay the producers so in the long run if you alienate the punters they won't pay to see you and the producers will soon tell you to go. There's plenty of other girls queueing up to take over so a little humility does no harm.

My job is fairly safe at the present and the only apinion that is of concern to me is that of the producer.

We cant make everyone happy and I think that unless people have constructive critiscms to make they really should keep quiet.
