My apologies to everyone whose products have been delayed.

I used to live and run my shop from England, and I had no problems. Last year I moved to Spain, and since then I have had problems maintaining the shop.

My first agent sold my stock and left me with no product, and no money.

I arranged a new agent who has been getting things back into order. I have now handed the shop over to them with effect from today. They are fulfilling the orders as quickly as possible, and we hope to have all back orders sent out, or where the products are not available a refund issued by the 8th April.

If anyone who placed an order before 31st March has not recieved their goods or their refund by next Friday April 8th, please feel free to call me on 0034 677 192 257 between 8am and 8pm and day and I will investigate the reasons.

Goods ordered after 31st March are the responsibility of the new owners Sally & Iain. contactable at admin@first4sextoys.com
