Melissa Wilkes did find work after Grange Hill. She was in The Bill not that long ago. She did do some pics for Maxim last year before the new editor took it over and fucked it up completely.

As Staceyowenfan says I think that you may be getting confused with Paula-Ann Bland (Claire Scott) who, in real life, was Pogo Patterson's girlfriend (Eeek!!) and went topless in Mayfair and also the film The Fruit Machine in which she was a dolphin trainer who had her top whipped off by said porpoise.
