Me neither. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Put password and user exactly as they appear in the e-mail. 'Incorrect user'. What was their advice? 'Don't leave any spaces when you cut and paste.' Perhaps not the sharpest tools in the box.

This site is a complete rip off. Guess who is behind it?
Everytime I've made an unsuccesful attempt to gain access to the material I've downloaded its used up one of my paid in advance tokens.

Nice little earner if everytime failed attempt to acquire the drm licence reduces your prepaid tokens without your knowledge

I gather by the message that appears "not found 404"
