You are totally out of line starting this thread, would be like one of the girls saying "Should Hughesy Get a Dick Extension"?
Boob jobs are a very sensitive issue with many women considering them as they are doing this to improve their own self image.
Having met Faye in the flesh, I think she has lovely boobs which don't need anything done to them.
I can't see the attraction of large plastic breasts as they can feel like bags of sugar...

To add my tuppence worth I'd say when it comes to tits play the hand you were dealt.
I for one think Angel long has some of the nicest tits I have seen then there is Lorna Lace, Sahara and an endless list not a boob job between them. You can't improve on perfection.
Fayes tits are grand and Hughesy would probably give his right arm to sleep with her whatever size tits she had.
In fact reading Hughesy's comments he wouldn't use his right arm half as much if he got himself a woman like Faye.
