Without wishing to fall foul of the FAQ - Yes, there are models who will let you have sex with them for a fee, and some will even allow you to take away a video memoir of your encounter, provided it is for personal non-commercial use.

I've no idea whether the Kellio.com offer is genuine or not, though.
