It's not film but also check out US porno' mags "Live Young Girls" and "Finally Legal" if you can as the editors, Chris and Mario, currently have a bee in their bonnet about girls with just that look. They have relatively high budgets for their sets so the results are often fantastic, very rude and hilarious. Both blokes are pretty much insane too which helps.
