Percentages is just another term for fractions anyway.....
actually does anyone know that formula? Its quite useful for spread sheets - I used to know it but forgotten it?

no1 said it was 200% increase, just 200% the normal wages, so that makes it 200% not 300%, as a 200% increase is actually 300% of the original wage.

when i am recovered from my recent surgery, i will also be looking to get into the industry, but i don't agree with this so-called "Offer".
Ok, so they pay for your travel costs as well as the HIV test (the test are expensive, so that's a good offer), but guys don't get any wage from the shoot, when in escence, the guys are the 1s who do all the work, getting a "Woody" & being able to "Blow a Wad" on command, that stinks.
I am interested in getting as much work as possible, but to have a job where you get your travel allowance & tests sorted & no wages, that fucking sucks, how the hell are us guys supposed to pay our rent, or buy food etc, if we get no money for the days work ?

Total Fucking Bollocks, Porn Actors don't need to Audition.
You have your general Test Shoot the first time you try for the Industry, but you then get work dependant on who knows of your previous work or who's willing to give you a try-out.
I have already had a Test-Shoot with Layla~Jade a while ago. FYI. both Layla & TGITC were both happy & satisfied with my Test-Shoot, unfortunately there was outside circumstances which prevented me from taking up their offer of work at that time.
But I still don't see a need to do an "Audition", that implies the same as the Mainstream Film Industry, where you could have as many as a couple of thousand "Wannabe Actors" trying out for that Movie.

1) This is our first Bukkake shoot
2) Secondly its financed by a top European Adult film company.
3) I am not selling this film myself - its contracted. So there is no point in me creating a website to promote it.
4) This is a new area for the European financers so until they have the final project they cannot promote it.
5) All performers must have an HIV/STD certfifcate with passport number written on it. And all must sign a model release form.
6) No male performers have to pay a penny (unlike many Bukkake parties).
7) We will cover the cost of the HIV/STD certificate on proof of payment (receipt) + we will pay ?100 to any one who has a full test at an NHS clinic (Free but you have to get a certificate).
8) We will be employing young and fit models who are signed up with leading agencies - not swingers or amatuers.
9) The shoot will also work as an audition for male stars - as we plan to shoot more story based projects in the future at a production level - not seen in the UK.
So how does this seem a wind up?
All you have to do is reply and be put on a database - when we have a final date we will contact everyone.

Indeed. The exact phrase (if you look up the thread) medpub was used was "are paid 200% above the average UK wage". As everyone on here with above kindergarten education has pointed out 100% above the national wage is double the national wage, 200% above is triple the national wage. So people are being offered triple the UK average for the scenes in question. If they are only offered double when they turn up, the whole thing is a con to begin with. Hardly rocket science, but if a supposed producer's maths on here really is so bad no wonder all the proper British porn performers are going to America to work. At least people can count over there.
