I watch the TAC about once a month (for the lesbian content). The films are a waste of time, but the other content is o.k taking censorship( for want of a better word) into consideration.
The only differences I've noticed is the freeviews are a lot stronger than before. By no means hardcore but showing quick close-up explicit material especialy female genatalia.
Please forgive any spelling, punctuation, etc due to the fact I'm well into my 2nd litre of Retsina.

I havn't seen Private Blue for some time but then the early hours of each evening were given over to Men & Motors type stuff - no need to turn Granny to face the wall!
Their programme schedule is on the internet at http://www.privateblue.com/
Occasionally a Private film, cut, is shown with their high production values. The English stuff shown is often at least ten years old.
Re: Harder softcore
TAC were showing closeups of vaginal penetration with fruit and veg on Thursday night and anal penetration with a dildo on Friday night.

Re: Harder softcore
Did you actually see, "point of entry" of said fruit and veg? or a side shot, ie masked by a buttock cheek.
Re: Harder softcore
No, it was explicit. You actually saw objects inserted and a long masturbation scene. I was surprised.

Re: Harder softcore
It's so annoying - they show this stuff ocassionally but so rarely you'd have to watch it everynight to catch it - its impossible to predict what is going to be on. What particular programme was this showing in - maybe if I look up the schedule I can see a repeat?
Re: Harder softcore
It was an Ally McSqueal episode. I wasn't dreaming because I've just found this link.

Hi all,
rbg I too saw those programmes but I thought it was down to a change in policy which has been talked about on here.

Re: Harder softcore
It is now clear that Ofcom have decided to interpret the programme code more leniently than the ITC. What is not so clear is where the new line is to be drawn and which channels are showing what. The problem is that Ofcom have not been willing to make a statement on the issue so nobody knows where the new line has been drawn. I expect the broadcasters will push the boundary until some one gets their fingers burnt. Another problem is that the adult channels are all pay per view so it?s rather expensive to actually see what?s happening on each channel week by week.

Paul, a couple of questions
'It is now clear that Ofcom have decided to interpret the programme code more leniently than the ITC.'
- are you saying this on the basis of Ofcom not having intervened and so assuming they won't or have you spoken to somebody 'off the record' who's confirmed a change in policy?
On your site you say: 'As far as Ofwatch is aware there have been no complaints whatsoever concerning the new more explicit content, indeed all of the viewers contacted to date have been delighted.' This suggests Ofcom have been seeking viewers opinions - any links to more info about this or is it the result of a private conversation with the regulator.
Basically I'm wondering how far they're publicly willing to sanction this or whether they're staying quiet letting the waters be tested and in the event of a backlash leaving themselves room to rein in the channels?
