order another from Vivthomas.com and it takes 28 days????? why the wait

I think you were just unlucky with vivthomas- their stuff usually arrives within a week, often less.
Bit unfair to judge them on the one case- and What?'s point about the 28-day rule is industry-standard, given the shambolic state of our postal services.
