Ordering from Fiona Cooper

Hi,
I have ordered some DVD from Fiona Cooper last Tuesday via email, as suggested in her catalogue.
I am vaguely worried since I haven't received any confirmation yet that my order had been received alright and that it would be processed properly, this despite several subsequent emails asking for a confirmation.
I have ordered from FC in the past and found the service satisfactory.
Does anybody know if they are still trading ?
Has anybody had any problems ordering from them recently ?

I have ordered from them five or six times; my last order was in July. No complaints at all. Fiona Cooper is quick and reliable. I received a new catalogue only last week, so I suppose they are still trading. If they had stopped, they would not send a catalogue, would they?
I don't think you have to worry. Most probably your films will arrive next week.

Probably down to the recent postal strike: I haven't received a new cat in a while- only a bargain flyer a month ago.
I do get the impression that things are rather quiet at present on the production front, but I shouldn't worry prematurely- they have tended in the past to respond to e-mails with action rather than words.

I tried to order via email a year or so ago and never received anything. I did email them and they said they had no record. I faxed the order and sure enough within days it had arrived.

Dont always think new technology works best.

Ordered a vid by email last Sunday, arrived Wednesday. Seems like the same service.
