Just my two pennies worth but surely the fact that you were acting / performing then logically it follows that it is faked? By definition thats what acting is - amongst other things doing something or being someone for the purposes of entertainment.

As for the comment on solicitors I think you need to grow up - if you cant take criticism (especially in this game) then you should consider a career change. You cannot be all things to all people and just because he has expressed an opinion he is threatened with legal action, not a very mature attitude.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions and if everytime someone says something about you that you dont like you try that line then I think your solicitors are gonna be very busy not to mention very rich.

Just had a look at your site and thought I should make a few comments and offer some advice:

1) Globill went out of business about 2 months ago and thats the only payment method you have on your site so its impossible to join the site!

2) There are quite a few 404 errors - preview video page and ask me a question link for example

3) There are two different signup prices mentioned - one is $9 a month and the other is $12.99 a month

4) Some of the links or places where there should be links dont work - for example the first join now link on your pictures preview page

5) The images on the preview page would not entice me to sign up - my advice is to make at least some of them clickable so they are full size but this is just an opinion.

If you are serious about a web site either sack your webmaster or if you are doing it yourself consider hiring one - I know that sounds a bit nasty but thats your advert to the world and in my opinion it looks amateruish and very unprofessional which MAY lead to some people developing opinions like the one which started this thread.

Jason you have jumped into a debate without knowing the full
previous history, behind this matter.
The post is by somebody who legal proceedings are/have been
running for nearly a month now, so it is certainly not a knee jerk
reaction to some negative comments.
It highlights the fact that it is still possible to have multiple accounts
on the BGAFD forum as this person registered today and has made 2 posts with the sole intension of stirring things up.

With this matter being furthered legally can I please request that the thread is closed by the moderators.
