Advice needed on payment

A female friend of mine has just been offered a part in a HC B/B/G vid with a fee of 150 quid up front. I was under the impression she should be getting at least 200 and maybe 250, could someone in the know shed some light on this for me?
She is a totally new and unpublished model, would this also affect the price?

mmm strange one this mate cos fees do change a lot from model to model but saying that at the moment ?300 to ?350 for B/B/G seems to be the going rate. If she is new mail me some info and pics if possible i may have some film work for her with the new company i work for.

I pay ?300-?350 for couples which usually would work out at ?250+ for the female. If it's a threesome (anal?) with 2 guys unknown to her then she should be getting a lot more.
