Can I start by giving a word of thanks to Marcus, he has voiced a very objective view throughout this discussion. As I said in my original post I hope Videoangels do get things back on the road. I have been trying to buy their Misty Mckaine , and Linda Leigh Videos for some 18 month, and they have been helpfull in at least keeping me informed as to when they would be in aposition to fulfill my order( I have not sent money as yet) so every couple of month I check to see if I can send off the money for the goods. Angela is normally very good at getting back to me with the updates , but for several months I have had no reply to emails. Some months ago PR MANN said he could do the tapes for me but they would have to be done to order and would cost a bit more that usual, I have tried to contact them both as I would be prepared to pay this premium if they can supplly the goods, afterall they do have great products , they just need to get the customer service aspect back on the rails.

If they are having problems sending the stuff out, why not make it clear on the website? Its not been updated for ages I don't understand this? At least they have a way of letting the costumer know that things are not going right and hopefully will be put right. So come on Video angels lets see some thing in the news section, an update of whats currently going on. We've waiting this long for the videos at least they can give us an update on current events and when we can realsticly get the goods.....

sounds like something more severe than a flood or a break-in to keep the officer from his beat surely, if not why does he not come on and tell his customers what the down is, and how they stand, why is it left to Marcus to cover his tracks??

I've never dealt with the retailer in question but after reading these postings I don't think I ever will. At the very least it's shoddy business practice, at worst it portrays a contempt for the customers.
