Just FYI, in London the standard rate for a pro webdesigner is ?80-?90 per hour (really!!). In the sticks, you can look for half that, but a full paysite for ?500 sounds ok to me.....You kind of get what you pay for though. Expect prices to raise sharply if you want flash, but IMO, it's not ...
