Rather than worry about the "photographer" (however much of an idiot he is to treat our Sarah-Jane like that), should a report (even if anonymous) not be made to the authorities (police or social services) about the distressed state of the elderly female and the conditions in which she is apparently ...

Candi Cutie, from Preston way I think........ she's a mate of Sarah Jane. On her own she's great, but her and SJ are a great double act! Hope that helps.
