I have been chasing it up, but am still awaiting the reason why it still won't work, I am still able to see all their other stuff accross the site ok.....its just the hotbox live functionality that is still not working......good job I work in IT, patience is definitey reqd. in this industry lol

I have indeed been in contact with them, there other titles work ok, just strictly TV thats not working......they replied back, but still awaiting to see if there is a fix for the hotbox live feed....was OK last week, just wouldn't and still does not work from Saturday onwards....

.....mine too works ok when I try another movie, just won't let me access strictly TV.....

I bought a job lot of 10 tickets a couple of weeks back, and added 7 day ticket last week with no problems, activated a 2nd 7 day ticket on sat....and now nothing DRM issue....so still no access.....yet still no feedback or acknowledgement from the site......so by the looks of it, gonna lose 3 ...

I Too have had the same problem, get same message, ticket looks activated too....have sent out email to support, still awaiting response.....

Looks like you have a numbrer of technical issues to sort out first, don't think Sara was too happy with the nights proceedings.
