I'd get a couple of optical slave triggers that plug in to the sockets on the heads and then trigger from the on-board flash. I think that's the cheapest and simplest option.

You can find iMovie on the install disc that came with your Mac. If you don't have any discs, take the machine to the nearest Apple Store and the Geniuses will be happy to install it for you. Don't forget to make an appointment before visiting though.

For those of you who remember Mark, I have sad news.

Mark died on the 29th February and it appears that he took his own life.

I am sorry to have to tell you. I only found out today. He will be missed.
