Yes, though depends on how much you want to make I suppose.
I've not had much time to spend on it and only have 7 model photos sets uploaded so far, some of which are not even explicit nude, yet some punters do actually buy them and that's with me doing zero proactive marketing. They offer a lot of marketing tools as well.
So if you're retired or between jobs with loads of time to spend on it you could probably sell a lot more.
I follow RiskyArt on there who is a prolific uploader. I don't think he would keep using it if he wasn't making money from it.

I would say yes. Especially if you have a decent body of existing work, ie like me 350 shoots over 15 years.
If just starting out and only had half a dozen shoots it would be a bit more difficult.
It takes 10 or 15 mins to upload a set of 100 stills, order them, set the preview pics and write the descriptions etc, as long as any pre-editing already done or they are ready to go anyway.
I have published some long gone girls that it turns out a few guys have had a bit of a thing for and they sell well.
Just wish I had more time to upload all the vids I have, they take a bit longer.
I don't make a mint, but every now and then 150 quid pops into my account, which pays for a shoot, or half if high levels.

I started a page about a year ago therefore in the early stages.
Whilst it won't pay my mortgage yet I am building the amount of boxes.
Once uploaded the boxes seem to sell (as they are mostly local amateurs so not mainstream models) and there appears a market for that but you do need to market your page and build up a following.
It takes me longer than Sharkmad to edit a set before uploading as I'm still working full time and photography is a hobby so my build up of boxes is slower than those with time to edit daily, but I have already received nearly £300 that I wouldn't have otherwise.
