MMV-DVD 54275 ID? [SOLVED]

Can someone please ID this Multimedia Verlag movie for me? The only title card that is available at the beginning is MMV-DVD 54275, but no name.
I'm guessing this movie has a completely Hungarian cast, even though it's a German MMV production. Any info is appreciated.
