just noticed an issue when it comes to editing own posts.
it seems if you edit post multiple times during the same "online session", modifications of a former edit can get lost. may someone can have a look at this - or may i try to get everything straight into a longer post with the first version (:P)
forum related bug (can't post elsewhere, sorry)
Re: forum related bug (can't post elsewhere, sorry)
at least there's a workaround:
when editing a post you've edited (minutes before) - do this:
- click edit button
- before making new edits refresh your browser window
then the former edit should be visible inside the edit box and you can continue editing
(necessary on windows 10 / firefox)

this workaround doesn't work properly. reloading a message page can also lead to the forum select page.
hopefully someone can do an edit to the HTML the forum pages rely on. if you add
[pre]
[/pre]
to all forum-related html pages (i hope these are just a few templates and not fully parsed files ), then the browsers wouldn't take such pages from its internal cache and always shows the actual version the server should deliver.
otherwise editing in firefox will be a pain.
