B signs model release form.
A has content rights?

B buys rights to content from A.
B has all content removed from x,y,z.

Is this possible?

I would say yes.

Once A has agreed to sell the rights of content to B, B can do what they want as it is their property.

Potential conflict arises if , in the meantime A had sold content to x,y,z.

If X Y Z had bought content from A then they own it and can do what they will with it.

However, if X Y Z are platforms (social media etc) whereby the content can be viewed free of charge, B has the right to remove them.

Just my opinion.

She never offered any money but cried over Anxiety issues and her career would suffer ,She admitted to me , the reason for calling herself
Blue Angel , was it was the Best Stuff she had smoked .....and it WAS NOT tobacco
Perhaps that why she allegedly suffered from Anxiety....?

Why would a person sell back the material to a model ?

As I say , just look at Linda Lusardi signed a release .

People have a right to change their minds. Did she know that the pics would be on the internet? I assume the rights include publishing on the internet. Email from model says 'Why would anyone in their right mind want nude photos online?'. So, these 'rights' seem to be able to be bought and sold at any whim.

I would say the model?s rights only extend to the fact if the photographer, who owns the rights:

a) wants to sell them
b) receives a financial offer from the model they find agreement to

Now, if XYC companies acquired said content, I am sure within their purchase agreement they have T & C?s that cover them fully and maintain ownership for their site(s) alone as stated in the agreement. Now if XYC bought the rights fully, then the model would have to negotiate with XYC, as the photographer was no no longer the content owner.

A model has every right to change their mind and make an offer and the photographer has every right to choose if he or she wants to accept it or refuse it.

The model?s rights were signed away with the release, so long as the photographer adheres to any specifics stipulated by the model and detailed within the release.
