Dido Harding was CEO of TalkTalk when they lost bank details of four million customers.

Asked if data was encrypted or not, she said 'The awful truth is that I don't know'.

It cost TalkTalk ?60mil and lost them 95,000 customers.

Dido has now been appointed to lead PHE.

The abolition of Public Health England is a kneejerk attempt to blame it for mistakes made over coronavirus, one of the government?s key advisers on the crisis has alleged.
