Also given PP moderation talking about b/g legal or not and regardless of the 'model' starting it could result in the photographer getting barred.

Good advice. How do you know the images with the other girl are 2-5 years old? Have you seen them anywhere?

It's a bit of a long story. But the incident I mentioned was at least 18 months ago. I started to have doubts and contacted a tog who had shot the other girl a few times previously. He said he hadn't shot her for a while and passed on my contact details. Her boyfriend phoned me and said she hadn't modelled for a while and was unlikely to again. But mentioned she had had issues with someone she had previously worked with doing nasty things, probably who had contacted me making out to be her.

I had contacted her just this week, she jas adult listed but i never mebtion specifics to avoid PP prosecution, so are we saying its unlikely to be her?
