Please ID Film

Hi folks
I'm looking for a film I think was called "Fuck Up" and I think distributed or made by City Lights (prob back in the 90's). The film was about a students in class who got gb'd by the other students and even the head, I think it was of similar style to Zane films.
Does anyone know the film i'm talking about and can help ID the true name and stars please?
