So ,

I have had two accounts with THREE Hutchinson for my phone & another for a data only sim .

From February this year , both accounts keep showing a Three Screen Lock sign
PROVE your age. The material you are viewing is not permitted for an under 18

Yet I have phone India , enough times to fly there , I have spoken to Scotland YUK!, I have satisfied the employee that I am well over 18 , they then attempt to allow TWO main sites to view
1/ BGAFD.co.uk as it is mainly text , where is the problem !!
2/ Kindgirls.com High quality images with perfect locations , make-up and photographic technique that shames the majority of the sites run for camera owners !!

Both locked down

I am over 50 !! but they keep taking my money

I have complained internally to THREE Hutchinson , raised a complaint to a site called Resolver , which is linked to ~THREE Hutchinson, and no help
Finally had to go to the Ombudsmen, a so called independent unit , and of course is on going so should not make a comment just yet .

TODAY THREE Hutchinson, offered me ?50 if I am happy with the service and wish to close my complaint: When I asked , per account / No Sir just for the one off payment .

HAS anyone else Run into the BBFC Rules, from a mobile supplier , or THREE Hutchinson.

I can not accept that if a customer has the hand set and Ipad Sim, when calling , and the bank details allow for the payment to be made ,Then the person has to prove the date of Birth.

I believe my two inexpensive accounts are not cost efficient for THREE Hutchinson to be making money and they make life bloody difficult so I will close my accounts .




We are living in a censored , monitored, judged Country , and still governed by outmoded
narrow minded , capitalists.

I was told , I work for THREE Hutchinson & can not comment on other suppliers
of internet services ......

I would also , ask those who may be interested in this to take note of some of the Jargon used by these parties .May useful to include in future arguments to these

I can't help as my mobile is so old that viewing porn on it is pointless. At home I use BT though the phone line hardly ever gets used. My internet is the cheaper version but because i'm the only one down this road who seems to be with BT it effectively works like the fast version - some sites I can get 60-70mb/s downloads. As for accessing porn through BT at home I've never had an issue, I simply refused to install the filters and i've had one conversation with them about it which went where i told them that I'd change to another provider if they ever dictated which websites I could view. In well over ten years I've had a solitary morning where it wasn't working - compared to the number of sky and virgin vans which come down my road to carry out repairs that alone makes it worth the money for me and it's really the only thing I pay for. I don't have netflix, amazon prime, sky or any pay per view/month tv.
