If material is paid for due to a booking of a model and the model poses and then continues to pose in a chain of images

How many years can they come back say then I did these levels but today being 27 years old not 19 . You can not use the material I was not allowing open leg

I have incorrectly been accused of posting , supplying material of a graphic nature of a model
And posting on an international adult site . I have not done this or made money for her images

Rather pissed off by this 27 year old telling me what to do with the snaps when she was 18-19 21
None of open leg none without her knowing and all images have a continuous theme of work , no under angles of a grab shot of her cunt

I would be grateful of your views .

I do have the model release form , though not the 2257 full US release though one clearly identified as model release and copyright clause .
No mention of any special limits

Well that's it then. If she signed a model release, a legal document, they are yours to do what you want with... End of case really...

As for the 'White Knights' (& this is a genuine question, not a trollish one) if you have not published them etc, then how are these white nights getting hold of them to be able to tell tales to the model?

when this occurred I did reply and was tongue in cheek rude but fair with a male sense of humour

She took offence, and spat at me another email

I did the same spelling out the facts
still she would not back down

this morning before going to work I wrote a strong and firm email

still not ground given

Tot answer about the posting of the images

I Gave some images of the model to a select few I know like seeing the model
Before her trout lips

I think I could then known who posted the images on the other site as they did not get all the same images
Rather on adit trailer on nude models
Alas the model has not supplied
