I totally support bobbi's observation in earlier thread, speaking from a producer point of view.
There a lot of playboy-center-fold quality british female models in this country but very little if any of them eventually cross over to hardcore porn. This I believe is largely due to the little financial incentives available to british female hardcore porn stars at the moment.
But there is evidence that more and more of these girls cross over to doing Escort ( prostitution ) to bail them out when in finacial trouble. ( centre-fold quality escort girl can earn ?5,000-?10,000 a day sometimes with free holidays thrown in )
Your only have to look at Escort agencies book to see the quality of these girls. Adele Stephens was reported in the papers a while back as being in the book of one Central London Escort agency ( so there you go lads, you can shag Adele for the night if you're prepare to cough up ?5,000. )
On a serious note, until British Porn can compete with the Escort service on the paying stakes, then i'm afraid we will never be able to produce quality female porn stars to match the Americans.
